Our Story
Madison Garden was established with a simple but powerful vision: to create a senior living community in Cheraw, South Carolina that families could trust completely. A place where the care was exceptional, the environment felt like home, and every resident was treated as an individual.
Today, our 106-bed community offers both assisted living and specialized memory care — serving residents from Cheraw, Chesterfield County, and the surrounding region. We are operated by SC Residential Care, a company with deep roots in South Carolina senior care.
What has never changed is our commitment to the people in our care. Every decision we make — from how we hire staff to how we design our spaces — is guided by one question: what would we want for our own loved ones?
